We operate as a UK-friendly small business. All quotes are in GBP. No VAT is charged at present (the £500 price is what you pay, end-to-end). Payment is via Stripe; we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. Bank transfer is available on request. We respond to every UK enquiry within one business day (usually a few hours) - replies come from a human, not an autoresponder. No follow-up sequences, no "just checking in" emails, no cold calls. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so up front rather than waste your time.

Writing in about a .co.uk or .uk domain? Mention whether the registrant will be you as a sole trader or a limited company - Nominet records need to match reality, and sorting it in the first email keeps registration same-day. If you already own the domain somewhere else, include where it is registered and we will handle the transfer paperwork.

Every quote is free and in writing before any money changes hands. If your project is genuinely bigger than three pages - an electrician with a full service catalogue, or a clinic group across several towns - we will price it properly instead of forcing it into the flat rate and quietly cutting scope.
