A CMS - a content management system - is the part that lets you make changes to the site yourself once it is live. Update headings, service copy, FAQs, facts and figures, add new pages of text, even swap the odd image - all without emailing a developer. It is not a drag-and-drop visual editor. Framer and Webflow are design systems for redesigning the layout, and most businesses do not need to do that monthly; what you need is leads.

No VAT charged at present - the price is £500 flat. Invoice available on request.
Do you only work with London businesses?
No - we build for UK businesses everywhere. London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Cardiff, Belfast, anywhere. Everything is delivered remotely.
Can I host the site in the UK?
Yes. Our default hosting serves from edge datacentres including London and Manchester - fast for UK visitors. UK-specific hosts (Krystal, IONOS) can be set up at cost.
Do you handle the domain name?
Yes. We'll register your .co.uk, .uk, or .com domain on your behalf at cost, or transfer your existing one. Registered in your name - never ours.
Is £500 really the full website price?
Yes. £500 flat for the website, including launch hosting, SSL, and baseline security. Optional CMS is +£100; ongoing SEO and content updates are optional after launch.
How long does it take to build?
We build as fast as we can once your brief is in. Timeline depends on how quickly you provide content and assets. You get a realistic estimate upfront and updates throughout.
What do I need to provide?
Business basics, contact details, and a content starting point. Logo, photos, and domain preference help. The brief form after checkout walks you through it.
Can I edit content myself later?
Yes. Choose the optional CMS for +£100. Simple Pages CMS fields for common content - not a bloated admin panel.
What do the two revision rounds cover?
Reasonable copy changes, presentation tweaks, and layout adjustments within the existing design. Not extra pages, new features, or a different design direction.
Can it rank on Google?
SEO foundations are baked in: title tags, meta, schema, speed, mobile-first design. Ranking still takes time and content, but the technical base is solid from day one.
What if I am not happy with it?
Two revision rounds are included. If you are genuinely unhappy after that and it missed the brief, we refund. We have never had to - but the option is there.
Is it flat rate?Yes. The website is one payment. CMS is optional +£100.
