You will notice most flat-fee web design sites carry a wall of testimonials: a first name, an initial, a business you cannot find on Companies House or Google Maps. Under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act, invented or cherry-picked reviews are now an outright ban - and quite right too.

Our position is simpler: we have not collected hundreds of reviews because we have not served hundreds of clients yet. Rather than type a few into the footer and hope nobody checks, this section stays empty of stars until there are genuine ones to publish - named, linked, and verifiable.
